2018 Activities included 2 trips to Aquariums where we experienced the outdoor classroom, hatched grunion and released them in the ocean, had a puppet show with ocean life, discovered sea creatures with the help of microscopes and touch pools. We went to two arboretums for scavenger hunt bingo black out.  It was a science filled summer where we discovered earthquakes and other natural disasters, created our own music equipment from recycled materials, planted a salad garden and attended a few water park/splash pads, concerts, a drumming circle, and even hiked to find the hummingbird butterfly garden at Schabarum Park. We also went to various parks for picnics, pizza parties and fun times, attended the Natural History Museum,  and enjoyed Winterfest for the 3rd year in the OC. We also saw goats, bunnies, and a peacock at a real farm in Santa Fe Springs, and visited the Fairy Trail to look for Trolls and Fairies...I wonder what fun we will have next!
