We are Gearing Up for a Science Filled Summer here in our Summer Enrichment Program in Whittier, Ca.

Brighter Beginnings in Child Care is readying for Summer fun and educational activities. We will be going to the Cabrillo Aquarium Spring Outdoor program this year ( Trying to get in for 3 years and finally will go on June 8!). We will attend the Natural History Museum, water splash pads, multiple parks, the OC fair, and will be learning about Natural Disasters, writing about our trips, and creating volcano and rocket science activities, complete gardening projects, go to the arboretum, and hoping to go visit a farm and pick our own fruits. We will make homemade ice cream, create an ant farm, videotape re-enactments of favorite stories the kids enjoy to play back for fun, more water days at the shallow pool, and water balloon days, as well as making musical instruments and collecting recyclables for the trip to Cabrillo.
